Meet Dr. Victoria A. Elasic

Dr. Victoria Elasic brings over two decades of experience as an educator, instructional designer, and leadership coach. Her professional journey bridges Montessori pedagogy, inclusive education, and coaching for growth, a combination that allows her to support learners of all ages, from children and parents to teachers, leaders, and organizations.
Before founding Oak & River Education Ltd., Victoria served as a Montessori school administrator and university faculty member, teaching graduate-level courses in instructional design and professional growth. Her work continues to center on helping others find their authentic path through education, reflection, and resilience.
