Understanding Brain Health, Executive Function, Communication & Environment

Wednesday 5 August 2026 | 10:00am–3:00pm
Kippington Centre, Sevenoaks, Kent

What if the behaviours we see are only part of the story?

Parents, educators, coaches, therapists, and healthcare professionals are often faced with challenges that can seem difficult to understand. Emotional outbursts, anxiety, school avoidance, executive-function difficulties, communication breakdowns, attention differences, learning challenges, and family stress can leave us searching for answers.

Beyond Behaviour is a one-day immersive learning experience designed to help you understand the hidden factors shaping wellbeing, learning, relationships, communication, and performance.

Bringing together leading specialists from the United States and United Kingdom, this event explores how brain health, executive function, communication, and environment interact to influence how we think, learn, connect, regulate emotions, and thrive.

Throughout the day, you will gain both scientific understanding and practical strategies that can be applied immediately at home, in schools, in clinical settings, and in the workplace.

Bringing the Invisible into View: Environment Redesign for Human Flourishing: July 18, 2026
£40.00

Many of us spend years trying to improve our well-being, productivity, relationships, confidence, parenting, leadership, or sense of balance. Yet often, the challenge is not a lack of effort, motivation, or capability.

Sometimes what needs redesigning is not the person, but the environment around them.

In this interactive workshop, Dr. Victoria Elasic introduces the Oak & River Environment Redesign Framework using the Oak & River Compass, a practical and thought-provoking approach that helps participants identify the hidden environmental factors influencing how they think, feel, connect, work, and flourish not only for themselves, but also for our children at home and employees at work.

Together, we will explore how our physical spaces, routines, expectations, relationships, communication patterns, sensory experiences, and daily systems can either support or hinder wellbeing and performance.

Through guided reflection, discussion, and practical exercises, you will learn to:

• Recognize the often invisible environmental influences shaping your daily life
• Understand why change can feel difficult even when motivation is high
• Identify areas of friction, overwhelm, or misalignment within your current environment
• Discover small, meaningful adjustments that can create significant positive impact
• Leave with practical ideas you can immediately apply at home, at work, or within your family

This workshop is suitable for adults from all backgrounds, including parents, educators, professionals, leaders, caregivers, and anyone interested in creating more supportive environments for themselves and others.

You will leave with a new perspective, practical tools, and a deeper understanding of how intentional environment design can support greater clarity, well-being, connection, and human flourishing.

Location: Kippington Centre (St. Mary’s), Sevenoaks
Duration: 60 minutes
Investment: £40 per person
