Root + Rise: A Six-Week Parent & Child Journey
Root + Rise is a six-week guided experience designed to help parent and child strengthen their connection, deepen communication, build confidence, and create meaningful memories together.
In a world that often pulls families in different directions, Root + Rise offers a dedicated space to pause, reconnect, and intentionally invest in one of life's most important relationships.
Over six weekly sessions, the parent and child will explore themes such as identity, confidence, emotional well-being, communication, resilience, belonging, values, and navigating life's transitions together. Through guided conversations, creative activities, reflection, shared experiences, and practical tools, participants will be supported to grow both individually and together.
Each session builds upon the last, creating a gentle journey of discovery, understanding, and connection.
Throughout the programme, participants will:
• Strengthen trust and communication
• Create meaningful shared experiences
• Develop confidence and self-awareness
• Explore emotions in a supportive environment
• Build practical tools for navigating challenges together
• Celebrate strengths, individuality, and growth
• Create memories and traditions that extend beyond the programme
Root + Rise is designed for parents, grandparents, aunts/uncles, caregivers, and the children they love (typically Year 5 and older). Whether you are preparing for a transition, seeking deeper connection, or simply wishing to create intentional time together, this experience provides a nurturing space to grow side by side.
Strong roots help us rise.
Suitable for children approaching key developmental transitions, including primary and early secondary years.
